Our team

Bernadette Dürr is a primary school teacher and has worked as a class teacher and principal for many years.

She founded and built up the school. Ms. Dürr studied English language and literature at the University of Zurich for two semesters, has additional training as an English teacher and has completed further training in "cooperative learning" at Golf Coast University, Fort Myers, Florida (USA). She has visited numerous bilingual schools in Europe and worked as an assistant teacher at various institutes in England, Ireland and Australia.

Bernadette Dürr took part in various theater courses, completed additional in-service training for teachers of foreign languages (ZALF) and developed a teaching aid for the literacy of foreign-language children. Ms. Dürr is married and the mother of two grown-up daughters.
